    *Position Overview for the Sales Development Manager:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop SDRs to achieve expertise
    • Oversee and surpass pipeline metrics, goals, SDR compensation, and team OKRs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute successful campaigns
    • Attract, recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs
    • Cultivate, retain, and advance top talent
    *Required Skills for the Sales Development Manager:
    • Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales development representatives
    • Strong sales experience and expertise in methodologies such as GAP Selling, Value Selling, and Challenger Sales
    • Proficiency with sales technology tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesloft, and Gong
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on clarity and consistency
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
