- Foster B2B sales of custom luxury rugs & carpets by nurturing connections with interior designers
- Discover new business opportunities and forge relationships with crucial decision makers
- Strategically expand and enhance both new and existing market presence
- Support day-to-day showroom tasks, including client interactions, inventory management, and overall organization
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing strategies to effectively target clients and leverage business prospects
- Oversee individual client portfolio and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes
- Maximize company visibility through digital channels and online platforms
- Process and track customer orders efficiently
- Efficiently navigate sales cycles while delivering top-notch service to clients

- 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in a similar capacity
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets by engaging clients and maintaining relationships with interior designers and decision makers
- Creative thinking skills to enhance account-level sales and drive new business in a dynamic market
- Experience handling extended sales cycles
- Strong competitive spirit and a knack for business development and account expansion
