    Job Summary

    The Oncology Sales Specialist is responsible for exceeding sales targets by promoting Oncology therapeutic products in a compliant manner within an assigned territory. They represent and advocate for specific brands in the oral market, educating target customers like Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and Endocrinologists on the efficacy and safety of Eisai's products. Responsibilities include strategic planning, building relationships with key stakeholders, and staying informed about market access. Collaboration with internal partners is essential for aligned customer engagement.

    Essential Functions

    • Educate on Oncology therapeutic products for specific indications in a compliant manner, deliver clinical messaging to physicians, and ensure information on product access is provided. Drive sales growth as per business plans, collaborate with District Business Leaders, and conduct sales presentations to key decision-makers.
    • Develop and execute territory business plans, identify practice decision-makers, and influence prescribers. Monitor costs, comply with regulations, and maintain strong business relationships.
    • Travel to meetings, conferences, and training sessions; ensure compliance with all policies and laws.

    Overall Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Minimum 2 years of specialized sales experience in Oncology or related areas

    Additional Requirements

    • Experience in hospital and large account sales preferred, strong communication and presentation skills required
    • Knowledge of customer business, disease state, and regulatory guidelines necessary
    • Travel up to 70% of the time, valid US driver's license required

    Applicants selected for the position must engage in face-to-face interactions with HCPs and third parties regularly. Compliance with credentialing and vaccination requirements is mandatory. Accommodations can be requested for qualifying reasons.

    Eisai Salary Transparency Language:

    The base salary range for the Oncology Sales Specialist position is from $127,400 to $167,300. Final pay is determined based on various factors including experience and skills. Employee benefit programs are available.
