Overview:

Our SISC team is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven technical sales specialist for our Houston, TX operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Uncover new opportunities for SISC in existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tailor solutions that meet unique client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute effective sales presentations and lead exhibitions and meetings.
  • Ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition within the sales team.
  • Marketing:
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance visibility and promote SISC's services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Create marketing materials to showcase our solutions.
  • Customer Service:
  • Foster a strong client relationship through effective communication and problemsolving.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide reliable, realtime forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Assume total responsibility and accountability for assigned territory.

Qualifications:


  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in automation and controls engineering
  • 5 years of successful engineering sales experience
  • Proficient in project costing and bidding process
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
