- Order, inventory, assign and collect small tools
- Establish and maintain HILTI Ontrack- tool tracking program
- Coordinate repairs of small tools with vendors
- Quarterly inventory of company owned tools
- Coordinate Conex and contents Assignments
- Coordinate the delivery of tools and minor equipment with Dispatch
- Maintain ongoing communication with operations of small tool and equipment needs
- Internal customer satisfaction focus
- Problem solving and error resolution
- Manage inventory databases
- 2+ years of experience with Civil and/or Site Development Construction (Strongly Preferred).
• Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, roadway reconstruction, and civil construction strongly preferred.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and HCSS (Heavy Bid).
• Superior customer service skills required.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with subcontractors -
