    Description

    Position: Hospitality Service Support at Hooters



    Overview:
    The mission of Hooters is to make people happy, and the Hospitality Service Support role focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience with a warm greeting, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers the opportunity to work in three different areas:


    • Host role: Responsible for greeting and seating guests, ensuring their needs are met, controlling the restaurant flow, and promoting menu items and merchandise.
    • To-Go role: Taking orders through various channels, ensuring order accuracy, packaging, and payment processing, as well as promoting menu items.
    • Staff role: Maintaining cleanliness in various restaurant areas, supporting wait staff, and assisting in bar and food service tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 17/18 years of age or older
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Basic Mathematical Computations Skills
    • Ability to Promote Brand Integrity
    • Ability to Maintain Professionalism
    • Ability to Communicate Clearly
    • Ability to Work Well with Others
    • Ability to Multi-Task within a Fast-Paced Environment
