Description
Responsibilities:
- Remote or onsite Installation of Xerox and Kyocera multifunction products
- Assisting with end user training during installation
- Effectively handle customer request for assistance and communicate with appropriate company personnel when necessary, including service manager of any customer concerns
- Able to assist with hardware support
- Engages with customers' facilities team, IT group, etc. to ensure proper installation and post installation followup.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in installation of copiers (Preference for Xerox or Kyocera experience)
- Experience in a remote support role
- Organization and time/task management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Previous networking skills
