Description

Responsibilities:


  • Remote or onsite Installation of Xerox and Kyocera multifunction products
  • Assisting with end user training during installation
  • Effectively handle customer request for assistance and communicate with appropriate company personnel when necessary, including service manager of any customer concerns
  • Able to assist with hardware support
  • Engages with customers' facilities team, IT group, etc. to ensure proper installation and post installation followup.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in installation of copiers (Preference for Xerox or Kyocera experience)
  • Experience in a remote support role
  • Organization and time/task management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Previous networking skills
