Key Responsibilities:
Physical Requirements:
Work entails long periods of sitting, computer and phone use. Some walking, standing, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, possess intact senses of sight, hearing, and touch, articulate clearly, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Superior customer service skills and/or call center experience are advantageous. One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Software.
Patient Population Focus:
Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles and applies skills appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
