    Description

    Job Title: Associate Attorney

    Location: Albany, NY

    Category: Legal

    Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Description:

    Are you a strong negotiator with the ability to practice law in NYS? If so, Our client is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Attending administrative hearings.

    Conduct legal research.

    Handle the depositions that are performed via telephone.

    Draft appeals and other documents.

    Provide support to all practice areas.

    Qualifications:

    A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.

    Must have efficient time management and organizational skills.

    Admission to practice law in New York State is required.

    Prior worker's compensation experience is preferred.

    Strong negotiation and research skills.

    Ability to provide legal advice and represent clients in hearings.

    Hours & Benefits:

    M -F 8:30-5 pm
