- The Territory Sales Manager will generate leads for new business through actions such as:
- Cold calling
- Utilizing customer referrals.
- Community involvement.
- Collaborating with leadership on marketing programs.
- Participating in community networking events to draw in prospects.
- Completing the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to the needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management.
- The Territory Sales Manager will build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
- Closing smart business (consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices).
- High school diploma, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
- Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
- Background and substance screenings will be completed.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A passion for digging deep to identify customer needs and offering a company minded solution.
- A passion for the customer service and service to your community.
- Financially driven for business and individual success.
- A long-term thinker who is a short-term doer.
- Both strategic and tactical in the day-to-day operation.

Territory Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid (10% Remote and 90% Onsite)
Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Reno, Nevada
Annual Salary Range: $35,000 - $180,000 | Uncapped Commission
The territory includes the following: Washoe, Churchill, Douglass, Carso City, and Reno.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community.
