- Manage and Lead Sales Team: Provide coaching and mentorship to a team spanning the US and Canada.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Motivate the team to surpass sales goals.
- Own New Business Sales Pipeline and Forecasting: Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately predict sales revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management: Devise strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: Showcase software offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Create compelling value propositions and close contracts efficiently.
- 8+ years of sales leadership/management experience with Sage Intacct or NetSuite sales teams
- Ability to engage with and sell to C-level executives
- Strong network within the Sage Intacct or NetSuite community
- Flexibility to travel when required
- Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder
