    Crystal is a cutting-edge personality data platform dedicated to enhancing communication skills throughout the organization. The platform offers valuable insights into individuals' personality traits, communication styles, and purchasing preferences. The primary goal is to empower B2B sales professionals with detailed personality data to better understand their clients and cater to their unique requirements.

    We are in search of a dynamic, goal-oriented, and inquisitive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. As a Business Development Representative at Crystal, you will have a pivotal role in driving business growth through the identification and establishment of new client relationships. You will be an essential member of the sales team, introducing our products to the market and assisting in expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, educating them about our offerings, and arranging productive meetings for our Account Executives.

    As a part of Crystal's BDR team, you will be at the forefront of our mission to elevate the company to new levels of success.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage in consistent sales efforts by identifying and approaching potential customers through various channels like social outreach, email, and cold-calling to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
    • Articulate the value of Crystal effectively by utilizing different talking points with potential clients.
    • Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and implement targeted inbound and outbound prospecting strategies that yield high-quality leads.
    • Monitor behavioral activities and goal achievements in HubSpot.
    • Participate in industry events and conferences occasionally to expand networks and generate leads.
    • Undertake any other assigned duties to contribute to the company's growth and prosperity.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDR position, preferably in the SaaS industry.
    • Demonstrated track record of successful B2B sales, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment that is constantly evolving.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of working autonomously and proactively.
    • Proficiency in working with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with other sales tools is advantageous.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building robust relationships.
    • Bachelor's degree.
