    Why work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Nexthink?

    Nexthink, a rapidly expanding Boston-based software company, is growing its US Boston team and seeks exceptional individuals to join us on this exciting journey. We are looking for top-performing individuals ready to seize this opportunity and be part of our dynamic team.

    As Nexthink expands its presence in large enterprise sales, we require outstanding BDRs to facilitate the progression of deals from inception to development stages. As an integral part of our sales department, you will play a key role in identifying new inbound and outbound opportunities. Your efforts will drive the generation of qualified leads that translate into new business, supporting our scaling initiatives and contributing to the success of our dedicated and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into large enterprise sales within a collaborative team environment led by your Account Executive. It requires an understanding of how to nurture and expedite existing pipelines.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • A robust pipeline is essential for successful sales, and the BDR plays a crucial role in driving pipeline growth, fueling our long-term success
    • Engage in outbound prospecting via various channels such as phone, email, social media, and video
    • Identify and engage with key accounts matching the Ideal Customer Profile
    • Map out prospective clients within your assigned territory
    • Qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities
    • Implement an account-based Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with your Account Executive partner
    • Follow up on campaigns and events
    • Engage with C-level, VP, and Director level prospects
    • Effectively communicate the value of our solution to both technical and non-technical buyers
    • This role requires office presence on Tuesdays to Thursdays

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 6 months experience as a BDR or in a similar role
    • Passionate and driven to excel
    • Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Confident and outgoing personality able to drive pipeline activity via phone
    • Effective team player
    • Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment - beneficial
    • Demonstrable track record of surpassing targets - beneficial
    • Outbound calling experience in a corporate setting – beneficial
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools - highly advantageous
    • Prior software sales experience is desirable, but personality and attitude are paramount

Your total rewards include base salary, and may encompass commission schemes or performance bonuses, as well as equity opportunities.     Base salary ranges are determined based on country, position, level, experience, and skills. The figures indicated on each job listing reflect Nexthink's estimation of minimum and maximum salary targets for new hires across all locations in the US. Individual compensation is influenced by factors such as job expertise, experience, education, training, which may impact final offers.
