I have expertise in 6 Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Azure, and SmartSheet). I am a Strong education professional with a Master of Science - MS focused on Project Management with a concentration in Agile Project Management from Northeastern University. 

I have a keen interest in Product/Software development, skilled in Wireframing, UX design, and User experience (UX). I have expertise in 2 UX Design tools; Adobe XD and Figma. I am Empathetic and I understand the value of Customer service; As a former Building Manager at Northeastern University, I ensured 100+ daily customers were satisfied with the services provided at the University's recreation facilities. In addition, I ensured their safety was guaranteed by following an effective Risk Management plan. I am Agile and flexible and I have collaborated with IT Senior Program Managers in the Fintech industry to apply Project Management principles to their Business goals and strategies.
