    Description
    Expanding Commercial Interiors Firm in Somerset County seeks a Sales Manager to spearhead sales responsibility.

    The Sales Manager will act as a consultant to identify client needs and requirements to promote the company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

    The Sales Managersgoal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.


    Perks & Benefits:


    Direct hireMonday to Friday; 8:30am - 5pmBase salary starting at $60k + 2-fold commissions, 8-10%Medical/Dental/Vision insuranceResponsibilities:Develop and grow trust with a portfolio of major clients and prospects to ensure they do not turn to the competitionAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements based on services and products we have to offer.

    Expanding the relationships within the community by identifying and attending networking opportunitiesIdentifying and establishing relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsEnsure the correct products and services are proposed to customers in a timely mannerHelp develop the proposals based on input from key members of the teamCollaborate with key members of the team with progress, potential customers and overall strategyTrack sales effort and prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key Sales metricsAttend organizational meetings to meet new prospectsWork closely with the marketing team to identify new marketing strategiesResearch the competition and their message to keep us on point.

    Identify trends within the fieldUpdate CRM to help maintain the databaseServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustOther duties and responsibilities as assignedWorking hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Familiar with the Architectural & Design market (A&D) to understand commercial design needs

    Education:


    BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Proven experience in Sales, preferably the A&D communityStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to problem-solving and negotiateBS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldAbility to approach prospects based on strategic initiatives and recommend various solutions to potential customers based on their needs and pain points.
