Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processes daily and weekly revenue receipts and enters data into accounting software
  • Manage relationships with ticketing partners, including PatronManager and data management vendors
  • Facilitate internal sales, accurately inputting data into ticketing system
  • Oversee all sales and ticketing points across Snug Harbor's campus, both physical and online
  • Supervises sales and ticketing reconciliations; supports with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Supervise and develop Visitor Service Associates (VSA), establishing effective systems and procedures aligned with Snug Harbor's mission
  • Lead the development of VSA systems, policies, and procedures aligned with Snug Harbor's mission
  • Supports the Accounting Associate with managing and coordinating the processes associated with the submission of purchase orders, invoices, supply ordering, and vendor payments
  • Manage ticket inventory, create show builds, set up presales, onsales, and membership offers
  • Assist with procurement and management of vendors, suppliers, or other consultants as needed
  • Establish and maintain internal account controls and PCI compliance practices
  • Supports employment quarterly and annual reporting to local, state, and federal agencies
  • Prepare daily and weekly financial statements for all events and admissions
  • Assists in insurance audit functions; supports audits from the State Department of Labor, Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance Providers
  • Supports in annual audit
  • Assists in generating financial reports, including grant income and expense tracking
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Development, to facilitate grant/projectbased financial reporting
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, to facilitate PatronManager processes and ticketing partners/systems
  • Filing duties related to financial documents, check backups, revenue receipts
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
  • This position is scheduled for Wednesday to Sunday, with evenings, holidays, and special events as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • At least 35 years of experience in financial management, accounting, bookkeeping, or related area
  • Experience in conducting financial reconciliations, statements, and reporting
  • Strong background in managing event ticket operations and sales
  • Knowledge of financial compliance relating to 501c3 nonprofit organizations
  • Proficiency preferred with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce/PatronManager
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, effectively solve problems, and work well alone or with a team
  • Demonstrated competencies in oral and written communications, customer service, supervisory skills, and business ethics

Salary:

Hourly wage is commensurate with experience, ranging from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.

This position holds a Wednesday - Sunday schedule from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, approximately working 35 hours per week.

This position, at times, may have an adapted schedule depending on seasonality and business needs.
