    About the Role

    As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Civ Robotics' growth trajectory by establishing and nurturing connections within the construction industry, particularly with companies involved in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

    You will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and solidifying our position as a trusted partner for professionals in these industries.


    In this role, you will:
    Identify and engage with construction companies to promote and sell Civ Robotics' technology solutions.
    Implement account management strategies, focusing on "land and expand" opportunities to grow existing accounts and maximize revenue.
    Conduct and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our technology solutions.

    Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

    Represent Civ Robotics at industry trade shows and events to network, generate leads, and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in land surveying and civil engineering technology.


    Requirements:


    Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with over 5 years of experience in geospatial, construction, or renewables sectors to drive business development.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and build rapport with clients.
    Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    Team player who can collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Willingness to travel and attend trade shows/events as required.
    Competitive salary ranging from $100K to $200K, accompanied by quarterly performance-based bonuses and equity package
