    GDH Consulting is looking for a Business Resiliency Compliance Analyst to work remotely.
    Description:

    Our client is seeking a qualified business continuity professional to function as a Corporate Security – Business Resiliency Program Analyst in RTP, North Carolina. The hours of work would typically be Monday to Friday however this would vary based on real world significant events, impacting Client Operations. Analyst will need to operate in a flexible work schedule environment, as we have team members in India, United Kingdom, and United States, and business partners across the globe. In the event that there is a requirement to attend meetings outside of these hours then time in lieu would be taken (coordinated between the successful candidate and the vendor Account Manager)

    The candidate must have strong collaboration and relation-building skills and be able to make appropriate manage day to day activities and prioritize the work based on emerging and priority safety and security situations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and other compliance requirements are maintained.
    • Responsible for supporting BRR team with emerging business continuity and incident management initiatives.
    • Lead project to formalize and elevate the BRR Exercise program.
    • Support the creation of new documents at a global level.
    • Support BRR Sr. Manager.
    • Prepare, coordinate and execute exercises for the client – Local and Regional Incident Management teams.
    • Support annual BC exercise requirements for all Business Units.
    • Coordinate with BRR Training PM on Exercise program planning.
    • Prepare reports for Sr Leadership on metrics / business insights on BRR Exercise Program

    • Can effectively work in a remote / hybrid work model.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to take on new assignments as Client's needs change as well as the ability to work with cross functional teams.
    • Self-motivated, forward thinking and detail oriented are important qualities due to the high level of activity within the department.
    • Proficient with technology (MS Office, MS Sharepoint, Webex meetings)
    • Accreditation with DRII or BCI (preferably CBCP)
    • Minimum of three years' experience in business continuity.
    • Experience with supporting an exercise / testing program.
    • Prior support of compliance / audit activities
    • Proficient with project / program management.
