    Description

    Job Scope:

    The main goal of this role is to make sure all equipment is scheduled, sourced, and ready for the Client's prep and/ or shipment, process new orders, and manage existing jobs to assist sales and marketing. It involves close collaboration with Marketing Executives and Operations, always maintaining professionalism in client interactions. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and maintain accurate initial camera orders - including updating changes, ensuring correct equipment for all jobs, updating rental software, and communicating effectively with departments and clients.
    • Stay informed about equipment availability, reserve equipment when necessary, and coordinate returns after projects are finished.
    • Learn about Panavision inventory, computer applications, client preferences, and industry processes.

    Skills/Experience Required:

    • Must be a dynamic team player with a high level of accountability and the ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong computer skills are essential.
    • Must have basic accounting knowledge, diplomacy, and the ability to balance local and company goals.

    Work Environment and Physical Demands:

    This role is based in a professional office environment, and physical demands include speaking, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    Standard business hours but may involve some long hours and weekend work.

    Travel:

    Travel, including out-of-state/country trips and overnight stays, may be required.
