    Marketing Assistant

    Department: Lift Forward Direct

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Compensation: $45,000 - $63,000 / year

    Description

    About the Role:
    As a Marketing Assistant at Lift Forward Direct, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing team's efforts to promote our products and services effectively. You'll assist in implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and executing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for website, social media, and other marketing materials.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
    • Maintain marketing databases, lists, and files to ensure accuracy and organization.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related role preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
