    Description

    Le Groupe DE.M.CO cherche à enrichir son équipe de mode en recrutant un(e) Collection Manager, dynamique et créatif(ve), spécialisé(e) dans tout type de maille. Votre mission principale sera de piloter la création et le développement de collections de prêt-à-porter innovantes et attrayantes, en harmonie avec les dernières tendances du marché et les attentes des clients.
    Tâches principales :
    Analyser les tendances de la mode et créer des produits innovants et attrayants en adéquation avec l'identité de la marque.
    Développer des themeboards et moodboards, et concevoir des plans de collection en fonction du budget et du stock disponible.
    Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et de production pour transformer les idées en prototypes fonctionnels et assurer une production efficace.
    Effectuer des contrôles qualité rigoureux à toutes les étapes de production et garantir la cohérence de la collection.
    Analyser la performance des collections et ajuster selon les retours clients et les tendances de vente.
    Bac + 5 en Design de Mode, Textile ou similaires.
    Au moins 2 ans d'expérience réussie dans un

    poste
    similaire, avec une spécialisation dans différents types de mailles (tricot, maille fine, grosse maille, etc.).
    Une passion pour la mode et une capacité naturelle à anticiper les tendances.
    Expertise technique, maîtrise des outils de conception et connaissance approfondie des processus de fabrication.
    Capacité à travailler en équipe pour concrétiser des visions créatives.
    Dynamisme et aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets de front.
    Lieu :

    Moknine, Gouvernorat de Monastir.
