    We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our dynamic Olson Superior team The selected individual will perform residential and light commercial plumbing service calls.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend department trainings, as scheduled
    • Follow customer interaction process to build rapport
    • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
    • Prepare written cost estimates for additional work
    • Collect payment for work completed
    • Provide 5-star service and request customer reviews
    • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
    • Keep your truck and equipment clean and organized

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
    • Superior listening skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to develop rapport with customers
    • Learn and follow our unique customer interaction process
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to handle physical workload
