    Case Specific: FT Evening/Overnight

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
    • Licensed Nurse in the applicable state.
    • We take new graduates; we will train you
    Responsibilities:
    • Provides skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
    • Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
    • Administer Physician-prescribed medication to patients.
    • Provide education to clients and their family on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
    • Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the client's care plan
    • Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the client.
