Divine Home Care Services is currently in need of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a 2 year old male with G-Tube & Trach.

Competitive Pay -Monthly/Annual Paid In-Services

Flexible Schedules for Fulltime, Parttime, & PRN8,10,12,16 Hour Shifts

Differentials Skills Required:

Possess a valid license in the state of Illinois
Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN/CNA
