Description
Responsibilities for supportive living LPN- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for new admissions, quarterly, yearly and as necessary
- Medication set up and passing. Injection and insulin administration as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with activities of daily living as necessary with the help of the CNAs
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or new graduate with willingness to learn
- Experience in critical care, primary care, or senior care settings preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding
- Familiarity with basic life support techniques
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and specimen collection
Skills:
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to administer TB test and other vaccinations.
- Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
