- This position will be based in either our Dallas, TX or Raleigh, NC office.
- Role Responsibilities:
- Process invoices efficiently through the accounting system and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Assist in collecting and processing monthly corporate credit card statements.
- Support bank reconciliations and maintain documentation accurately.
- Provide assistance to the corporate accounting team during year-end tax filings and financial statement audits.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for payment documentation.
- Potential opportunity to collaborate with the corporate accounting team for month-end financial reporting in the future.
- Background in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and strong teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize accuracy.
- Effective and professional communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Capability to work full-time during summers and commit to around 15 hours per week during the academic year.
