    Job Duties & Requirements

    • Analyzes books of non U.S. subsidiaries, and leads conversion of those books to US GAAP and management reporting frameworks
    • FX adjustments, global intercompany reconciliations
    • Prepares and validates recurring reporting requirements such as internal management reporting, or external loan reporting.
    • Leads annual external audit for international subsidiaries.
    • Analyzes and reconciles and / or reviews reconciliation of general ledger accounts with assigned ownership which includes analysis of currency translation and statutory to US GAAP reporting adjustments.
    • Bachelors or Masters Accounting degree required
    • 2+ years financial audit experience (SOX exposure strongly preferred)
    • International accounting experience or experience with source currency translation accounting
