- Oversee organization's maintenance including work order management in Asana, coordinating with different location supervisors, facilities team and outside vendors to ensure that the facility, and equipment is well maintained.
- Act as in-house champion on Asana platform, including training and utilization.
- Maintain Asana database, user accounts and workflows for multiple teams.
- Assist in developing project briefings and requirements across multiple teams.
- Facilitate status/progress meetings with project(s) key stakeholders.
- Assist Operations and Accounting on project/task billing and invoicing reconciliation.
- Oversees facility operations supply inventory and reorder.
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals for locations across the organization.
- Manages organization's Quarterly Preventative Maintenance inspections and manages local contractors and vendors.
- Routinely informs Director of Operations, location Supervisors, and Vendors of Work Order progress and timelines.
- Serves as a first point of contact to maintain equipment related issues.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.
- Comply with and promote the RMA safety program.
- Strive for continuous improvement in typing, computer skills, and communication.
- High school education or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred. One or more years administrative experience in an office environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Excellent written, e-mail, and telephone correspondence skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, general office equipment and have the ability to learn multiple programs.

RMA Administration provides centralized Finance, Information Technology, Donor Development, Mission Support and Operations services to the ministries and departments of RMA.
Summary
The Central Operations Specialist supports the Director of Operations by overseeing the organization's facility use, repair, and maintenance, the operation team's communication, and work order management in Asana.
The Central Operations Specialist is responsible for managing operations vendor contacts and ensuring the organization's facilities and operations are in compliance with business standards and residential needs.
This is a full-time, non-exempt regular position located in Oxnard at Corporate Headquarters and reports to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications
A solid Bible based Christian faith, compatible with RMA's statement of faith and an active member of an Evangelical church.
Skills
Keen time management skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
Software
Microsoft Office, Asana, and other cloud based programs.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Equipment
Basic office equipment such as computers, copiers, and printers.
Work Environment
This position will function to a large degree in a residential program environment.
As a part of normal duties this position will be in facilities with an at-risk population where errant behavior and disease risk may be present.
