Your responsibilities:


In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 30 industrial employees in the waste management or cleaning sector.

As a dynamic leader, you will dedicate yourself to the development of each individual in order to achieve top performance together.

In close cooperation with supervisors/team leaders, you will ensure the excellent delivery of our services, including consulting with our clients.

You will also regularly communicate with other specialists and managers on operational and leadership matters. Ensuring workplace safety and coordinating daily work processes round out this exciting role.
