Your Responsibilities
- You independently and responsibly support employees and managers from entry to exit and act as the interface to payroll
- You provide comprehensive advice to employees and managers on all personnel and labor law issues
- You are the contact person for the works council in daytoday operations as well as for overarching topics in the support area
- You regularly implement companywide HR activities (e.g. personnel planning)
- You are responsible for the process of pension provision or data protection and act as a contact person in this matter
- You inform managers about HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and initiatives
- You have a degree in economics or a comparable field of study
- You have several years of professional experience in the HR field
- You have experience in payroll accounting
- You are an HR generalist with extensive HR knowhow
- You have a meticulous and reliable way of working
- You are characterized by dedicated and structured work
- You work independently and proactively
- You consider yourself to be communicative and customeroriented
- You have experience in managing service providers
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- You have indepth user knowledge of SAP R/3 HCM
- You have knowledge of tax and labor law (Income Tax Act, Works Constitution Act, Social Code, etc.)
