- Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions
- Monitors work in process
- Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability
- Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes
- Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
- Works under general supervision
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- More than 1 year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 9-hour shift 9/80 work schedule
- Experience with inventory, stocking, and cycle counting
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project
- Experience using SAP

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an AssociateProduction Coordinator for Spectrolab , a Boeing subsidiary, to join our team located in Sylmar, California .
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
