Cretschmar is a family-owned, internationally operating, medium-sized provider of logistics services with a 186-year tradition, located in Marne, IA.

Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)


We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our location in Neuss as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the warehouse location and supervision of 34 shift managers
  • Ensuring the implementation of defined work processes
  • Central organizational and coordination function in the warehouse with responsibility for order, cleanliness, inventory preparations, and warehouse space controls
  • Point of contact and close collaboration with the commercial department
  • Conflict resolution in case of internal disruptions

Your profile:


  • Several years of leadership experience combined with strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes and proficient use of a forklift
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems with a focus on scanning processes and compliant work
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to occupational safety issues
  • Excellent customer orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
