Your responsibilities:

You will create invoices using our billing programs based on contracts
You will ensure the completeness of services to be billed
You will monitor outstanding payments
You will handle debt collection
You will be the contact person for inquiries regarding billing procedures
You will contribute to continuous process optimization
You have completed a vocational training in the commercial field
You have IT affinity and are willing to familiarize yourself with the software Snap and Vivendi
You have a strong sense of responsibility and meet deadlines
You have a keen interest in economics
You work independently, carefully and in a teamoriented manner
You have knowledge of the legal basis of the Social Code Books SGB V and SGB XI (not a requirement)
In addition to the ability to work towards goals and utilize resources, you are characterized by a dedicated, flexible and independent work style
You bring good communication skills and conflict resolution competencies to your work
You identify with the values of Caritas
