    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized (Temporary) Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

    As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent management and wants to contribute to the success of our organization.

    This is a fully in-office position


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the fullcycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information
    • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
    • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates
    • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
    • Maintain confidential employee records and files
    • Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential candidates through various channels
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or
    • High School Diploma with sufficient years of experience in a related field
    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paycor or ADP
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and strategies
    • Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
