    Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to their first day and beyond.

    You will work closely with various departments to coordinate onboarding activities and provide support to new hires to help them acclimate to their roles and the company culture.

    This role will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.


    How will you contribute:


    Serve as the main point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, providing them with guidance, support, and timely communication.

    Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation sessions, including HR onboarding paperwork, benefits enrollment, Skill set evaluations and company policies and procedures.

    Conduct orientation sessions for new and temporary employees, presenting information about the company, its culture, and expectations.

    Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to ensure new hires have the necessary resources, equipment, and access to systems on their first day.

    Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome kits, training manuals, badge access and online resources, to support new hire integration.

    Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to continuously improve the onboarding process and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
    Collect feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and make recommendations for improvements during their days of employment.

    Serve as a liaison between new hires and various departments, providing assistance and support as needed during the transition period.

    Monitor new hire progress and follow up to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration into their roles.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant systems.
    Assist with the management of the temporary employees, invoicing, and the reporting.


    Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred.
    2 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee relations preferred.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office Suite.

    This position is currently classified as on-site.

    Base Salary Range:
    $ $30.00 per hour, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.


    The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
