Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
Maintain confidential employee records and files
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or
High School Diploma with sufficient years of experience in a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paycor or ADP
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and strategies
Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations

Pay Range:
$23 - $27 per hour
