    The Role

CAA is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Management team.

As CAA continues to expand its footprint in the sport and entertainment industry and grow globally, we have an increasing need to implement applications supporting our diverse customers - clients, agents, executives, assistants, and business partners.

The Product Management team is focused on implementing technology products to drive productivity and effectiveness of our customers. We are obsessed about delivering intuitive products that embody CAA's culture.

We seek an energetic and curious product manager.

We are looking for individuals who are highly adaptable, who like solving problems and can drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.

    Responsibilities

Understand and embrace CAA's culture to ensure that it influences your product management practices.

Work collaboratively in a Scaled Agile team to lead the delivery of product features iteratively using the Scrum methodology and provide the expected business outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of products made up of commercial off the shelf products and custom-built applications.

Rapidly develop a deep understanding of products you will manage, including the business domains and workflows that these products support.

Lead the documentation of new epics and features, and actively contribute to the quarterly PI planning sessions.
Collaborate and coordinate with other product managers on the team to ensure alignment across products and product lines.

Help orchestrate the work of our software and data engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver the highest quality products.

Collaborate with our UX/UI designers to design simple and intuitive product experiences.

Work closely with our corporate stakeholders to ensure that their compliance, data privacy, financial, legal, and HR requirements are represented during product development.

Be data-driven and use data to decide the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact.

Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions.

    Qualifications

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, working either remotely or in-person.
As a product manager, you should be accountable as the voice of the products and customers you support.
You are experienced in collaborating with stakeholders in business, IT and other corporate functions.
You are familiar with Scaled Agile and Lead Portfolio Management concepts and practices.
You have experience with Jira Software, and Confluence to document requirements, features, user stories, and bugs.
We expect proficiency with testing approaches and experience in testing product features and troubleshooting bugs.

You are curious and have a great ability to learn, especially about new business domains and workflows, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.

You are a self-starter and exhibit a "can-do" attitude to drive projects to completion.

As someone entrusted with sensitive company information, you consistently work to protect CAA's systems and data through your security awareness.
