- Perform daily accounting functions, research discrepancies between core and accounting systems and help with month end close.
- Daily activities include posting journal entries, accrual reporting, assisting the Contract Administrator and Customer Account Specialists with questions, general bookkeeping activities, and reconciliation review and follow-up.
- Complete reconciliations and month end closing entries
- Review and import employee expense reports
- Reconcile bank accounts daily
- Post journal entries for business transactions daily
- Full benefits including medical, dental, 401k, PTO and hybrid schedule
- BS in Accounting or 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to pass background, drug test and credit check
