- Create Sales Orders, A/R Invoices, and Purchase Orders
- Verify activity in all bank accounts
- Post payments to GL, Deal Sheets and A/R Report
- Prepare required Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, Cash sheet Reports and in-house A/R Reports
- Assist with internal Biweekly Closeout, Month End Financial reporting, and Open Item Report
- Collect exemption certificates
- 2 company medical plans including one that is employer paid
- Company paid LTD
- 401k
- 8 paid holidays and 2 weeks of PTO
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- 2+ years of AR and billing
- Basic accounting skills including the ability to research and solve accounting problems
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and SAP Business One preferred
- Associate Degree in Accounting
