Professional (m/f/d):

At our support facility, we currently accompany around 40 individuals and provide them with a meaningful daily structure.

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for Heilpädagogen / Educators or Heilpädagogische Assistants / Social Care Workers (m/f/d) or assistants without formal training on a full-time or part-time basis with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

Accompanying and supporting individuals with multiple and severe disabilities
Creatively shaping and accompanying daily routines in a group setting
Basic care tasks

We expect:

Completed training as a Heilpädagoge, Educator (m/f/d) or training as a Heilpädagogische Assistant / Child Care Worker or assistant without formal training
Enjoyment in working with individuals with and without disabilities
Empathy for the specific needs of the clientele
Experience in accompanying, caring for, and supporting individuals with high support needs is desirable
