    Job DescriptionHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Experience in invoice processing, and accounting software - Oracle is a plus.
    Experience in timekeeping is a plus.
    Experience working with Southern Company (or working with a contractor working for Southern Company) is a plus
    Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in the following areas is required: Accounting/auditing knowledge and skills, taking initiative/self-directed, organizational skills (ability to multitask), time management (ability to meet deadlines), analytical skills
    (Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement), oral communication, detailed oriented, written communication,
    interpersonal skills, customer-focused.

    Proficient in the use of the following computer software is required: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
    PowerPoint). Advanced Level in Excel desired (including creating pivot tables, reports, etc.).
    Proficient in the use of the following computer software is preferred: Enterprise Solutions (Maximo, MRS, Oracle)
