- Engage with prospective clients to gather qualification information. Meet with qualified prospective clients for introduction and successful retainment.
- Independently manage, resolve (or prepare for suit) a case load of pre-litigation files with the assistance of a senior pre-litigation paralegal and support staff.
- Assist in litigation case work, such as drafting pleadings and motions, defending depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and trial preparation, on an as needed basis.
- Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
- 1-2 years of personal injury experience (litigation experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
