    Description
    Customer Fulfillment Specialist (CSR)
    Rate: $20/hr, paid weekly
    Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
    • Weekend availability may be needed.
    Location: Onsite; Racine WI 53403

    Job Description:
    This role is dedicated to supporting the North America Customer Fulfillment team in order management and customer deliveries. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a disciplined approach, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:
    • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with company and customer expectations.
    • Exercise independent judgment within established procedures.
    • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers.
    • Utilize system tools effectively to achieve order management objectives.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails from both internal and external customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with appropriate detail.
    • Take necessary action in response to customer requests, maintaining accurate records of actions taken.
    • Generate reports for analysis upon request.
    Education Requirement:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 3-5 years of call center experience
    Top Required Attributes:
    1. Minimum 2 years' experience with ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP ERP, etc)
    2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service or related role
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access)
    4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
    5. Ability to thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
