- Train chefs to company standards
- Create dishes in accordance with business needs
- Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
- Memorizing techniques and recipes to our standards
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Experience working as a sous chef or chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
- Starting pay $24 per hour base rate
- Pooled tips based on % of sales & hours divided to staff (estimated $3-5 per hour)
