- Promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Uphold THE LOT's values and standards.
- Strategize and set goals for the culinary department.
- Manage time efficiently and complete tasks promptly.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Previous work in hospitality is an advantage.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
