    Description

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Counter Sales Representative. This pivotal role requires someone who is passionate about providing outstanding service, knowledgeable about our products, and dedicated to ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

    salary: $17 - $19 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting promptly and courteously with purchases and order processing.
    • Keeps the customers informed about all ongoing matters (deliveries, backorders,
      stocks, etc)
    • Perform data entry, follow up on orders, and handle telephone inquiries.
    • Provide product quotes, stay updated on inventory, and communicate policies effectively.
    • Fill orders accurately, load/unload trucks safely, and maintain warehouse organization.
    • Report discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and prioritize safety.
    • Monitors the accounts and maintains relationships
    • Processes orders and prices in the system
    • Enters and verifies orders
    • Sends confirmation to the customer upon acceptance of the quote.
    • Records complaints
    • Responsible for follow-up and resolutions of simple complaints.
    • Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written
    • Proficiency in another language is a bonus
