To provide support to the Marketing Director for the Domestic channel in regards to marketing activations and visual merchandising.
RESPONSABILITIES
Trade Marketing
Be the unique point of contact for the markets with relation to Marketing/PR/digital
Communicate corporate marketing plan and launch guidelines to all clients and work on a local adaptation for our markets.
Accompany the markets in their product launches and existing catalogue local activations in POS working hand in hand with them on point of sale events (on counter events, animations and podiums)
Help countries in updating their POS image as needed
Assist the countries on their day to day needs (Marketing, PR, Advertising, Social Media, Merchandising), helping them having easy access to the drive and Sisley share information and tools
Work closely with the commercial and education team to ensure coherence when launching products including assortment management, merchandising/image
Work on a E-retailers' strategy:
Supply corporate guidelines and images for all 3rd party e-commerce sites + Communicate and implement Sisley digital strategy with all local partners.
Elevate our brand image in our e-retailers' platform ensuring a perfect brand visibility (banners, products size and description, prices)
Work on a proper promotional activation plans, different from our retail strategy (offers, GWP, partnerships...)
Assist markets and define the most adequate forecasts for every launch and tools in close collaboration with commercial, merchandising and assistant teams to ensure the right forecasts and implementation for each market.
Maintain constant contact and closed relationships with our markets (email/what's app) to update them on new daily information and motivate/incentive them on the brand. Share the monthly newsletter developed by digital department.
Share worldwide best practices to ensure a perfect local execution
Provide the merchandising team the input on franchise priorities, planograms and visuals, as well as guidance for any trade animation designs and tool development.
Communicate with the education team for new product launches as well as receive feedback on product performance and sell-through results.
Define a travel calendar for market visits and presence during big local events/priority launches

QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires 4+ years of relevant marketing or marketing-related experience, preferably in the cosmetics/fragrance business (in a similar or related industry)
Bachelor's degree required
Bilingual (English & Spanish). French is a plus.
Strong Computer knowledge of Windows; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Multi-tasking abilities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
