Position Summary:
As the Manager of Marketing, Wholesale and Retail Sales, you will partner with the Sr. Director of Sales to determine the annual marketing budget and monitor marketing spending. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing marketing spend, managing key promotional activities, and tracking ROI. You'll also manage the customer frame of reference on quality and price in the marketplace. The goal is to increase GMV lift from marketing spend year over year, present multiple-option business cases to the Sr. Director of Sales and other key personnel and reframe the perception of goTRG products.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Partner with the Sr. Director of Sales to determine and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Monitor marketing spending and allocation across various channels.
• Prioritize retail marketing spend by channel, client, and goTRG requirements.
• Manage key promotional activities on proprietary websites.
• Track ROI on marketing activities and report weekly on spend versus GMV lift.
• Manage customer frame of reference on quality and price in the marketplace.
• Partner with the Brand, Marketing, Communications team on matters related to proprietary retail channels, brand awareness, graphic design, and customer frame of reference.
• Increase GMV lift from marketing spend year over year.
• Innovatively utilize marketing budget to meet the needs of ReCommerce Category Managers.
• Present multiple-option business cases to Sr. Director of Sales and ReCommerce Category Managers monthly and for key seasonal events.
• Develop a reframe of reference on finished good products sold by goTRG in the first year.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display advertising, to achieve marketing goals.
• eCommerce Paid Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize eCommerce campaigns to enhance product visibility and boost sales through various channels, including but not limited to eBay and Walmart Marketplace.
• Web Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to gain insights into website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
• Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including list management and segmentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on both wholesale and retail sales.
• Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
• Expertise in managing promotional activities on proprietary websites.
• Strong analytical skills to report on marketing spend and GMV lift.
• Ability to manage the customer's frame of reference on quality and price in the marketplace.
• Strong partnering abilities, particularly with Brand, Marketing, Communications team.
• Innovative and strategic mindset, with the ability to present multiple-option business cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
