    Description

    Objective:

    Support corporate marketing management in the area of branding and communications, ensuring the coherence and effectiveness of the company's brand image and external communications.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate communication strategy and brand guidelines with external audiences of the company.

    2. Gather content for communications via email marketing, brochures, and other marketing materials.

    3. Create and edit corporate and sales presentations and invitations.

    4. Ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines and monitor and optimize brand usage guides and manuals.

    5. Gather content for corporate and sales videos.

    6. Coordinate logistics and execution of corporate and sales activities or events.

    7. Coordinate with event, printing, and promotional brand suppliers.

    8. Collaborate with various business units of the company.

    9. Collaborate with the graphic design team/advertising agency.

    Competencies:

    Bilingual: Spanish/English (MUST)

    Excellent spelling and writing in both languages (MUST)

    Experience with Email Marketing platforms

    Knowledge of Canva

    Attention to detail

    Organizational skills

    Drive for results and continuous project execution follow-up

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office package

    Assertive communication

    Teamwork and collaboration

    Additional Notes:

    - Must have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience

    Full-time position

    On-site - Miami

    Related profiles: advertising, marketing, communications, branding

    Previous experience in an advertising agency (desirable but not indispensable)
