    Marketing Coordinator

    Compensation: $900 - $1,200 / week

    We are is seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Marketing Coordinator at Opusign, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies across various channels to achieve our business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
    • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate setting
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for developing compelling content and marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
